QUALITY POLICY

It is the policy of Paulley Architects to provide comprehensive architectural services to our clients whilst understanding and meeting their needs and expectations.

To help achieve this, we will maintain a management system to ensure a high standard of work at all times. The system is registered as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 1994.

Quality is the responsibility of all employees who are expected to perform their duties with integrity, professionalism and due regard for all relevant legislation and guidance.

CAD and IT

Paulley Architects runs a PC based computer network encompassing the following facilities:

  • Windows 2000 and NT 4.0 Operating Systems
  • Computer Aided Design
  • 2D + 3D rendering and visualisation
  • Electronic drawing / data transfer
  • Microsoft Office Pro (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

We protect against system failure and security breaches with daily back-up copies of all information. Project data is archived onto DVD-RAM disks.

 

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

It is the policy of Paulley Architects to actively promote the furtherance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), either as a collective group or externally by the individual. To this end, the Practice operates a programme to monitor and process all CPD undertaken to ensure standards are maintained and executed. In essence the objective is to broaden and complement the existing Practice framework.
