Paulley Architects undertakes commercial, office and retail development work within both the private and public sectors. Within the transport sector the practice has been involved with ticket hall and retail facility refurbishments for a major railways operator.
At Darent Valley Hospital we have designed headquarters offices for use by the Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust. These offices have been planned, procured and equipped as part of a commercial PFI contract for a whole new hospital. Also within the development is an 800mē commercial facility serving the new hospital with catering and retail units.
Work on a corporate headquarters building for an international car component manufacturer and the conversion of a period cinema for leisure use further extends the practice's commercial portfolio.
