This internal renovation of a riverside flat has been designed with the close involvement of the client. His wish for a greater amount of open plan space and a concern for simple expressive materials has led to this spacious design.

Although the project involves a significant amount of remodelling, the costs are minimised by retaining existing services and positioning new materials to have maximum effect.
