Conservation Area, Richmond

Creating a studio house out of an old boat store adjacent to the Thames in central Richmond is a challenging brief.

On this restricted site Paulley Architects' response has been to create a basement to enlarge the volume of the property whilst replacing the superstructure with a new building to replicate the original in materials appropriate to this Conservation area.
