For a private school in Kingston Paulley Architects has designed new sports facilities on playing fields beside the Thames. A new pavilion provides changing, fitness training and social facilities overlooking both all­weather and grass pitches.

On an adjoining site a new rowing boathouse provides boat storage together with changing and refreshment facilities. In conjunction with a new pontoon, the clubhouse greatly increases the school's rowing capability.
