London Borough Schools PFI

The design, construction and operation of new primary school facilities under the PFI will provide 160 new entry level spaces within the Borough. Extending the school day with wrap-around care and nursery facilities provides a community based expansion of the school system.

Paulley Architects' proposals for the new and refurbished schools over seven sites embody environmental design principles which will enhance the learning process. Maximum use of external teaching and sports facilities allow optimum use of the new schools within their locale.

Paulley Architects have led the multi-disciplinary design team through to Invitation to Negotiate stage which has involved brief analysis, site investigations and establishing sketch design proposals.
