Infill courtyard house

On a challenging urban site in Twickenham the practice's design for a courtyard house maximises the development potential of the 'backlands' site.
To fulfil the client's
brief for a private modern family house, the design response is a singlestorey
inward looking house around a courtyard garden. The unintrusive nature
of the new house leaves neighbouring properties unaffected whilst respecting
the existing open character of the adjoining urban gardens.
