As part of a long-term redevelopment strategy for the 5-GP practice premises, the first phase has been carried out.

This consisted of improving the building's approach, providing new reception desks, adding a new consult/exam room and children's play area, and covering an existing courtyard with a glazed roof to create additional administration space.

The second phase will add further consultation/examination rooms together with new staff and patient facilities to current design standards.
