New residential community
As part of the masterplan for the new Darent Valley Hospital a 300unit new residential community was proposed on 40 acres of the 200acre Darenth Park site. Designed to comply with the Council's guidelines for new residential developments, the masterplan by Paulley Architects realised the full development potential of this Green Belt fringe site.
