The development of a new 4 star hotel and conference centre together with distribution warehousing within a landscaped setting presented the design challenge for this Green Belt fringe site in Kent.

The resulting 200-bed 4-star hotel incorporates a landmark feature tower containing executive conferencing suites and viewing facilities. The warehousing includes an environmentally friendly sedum roof.
